The role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment, and leading a team of technicians to minimize downtime and improve asset reliability. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; maintenance certificate preferred.
- Three years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills required.
Responsabilités
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues in production equipment.
- Lead and mentor technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards.
