Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance.
• 2 years mechanical maintenance experience required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience with peer leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance technicians, providing informal leadership.
• Provide on‑call leadership and escalation management for safe operations.
• Oversee defect tag management with proper documentation.
• Attend daily TMS meetings and relay updates.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and boost equipment performance.
• Coach and develop team members to improve technical readiness.
• Ensure coverage when team members are absent for seamless operations.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams for scheduling, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Uphold LOTO, 5S, GMP, GDP and other quality and safety standards.
