Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover equipment to meet production and quality standards.
• Maintain equipment in good repair and generate maintenance records as required.
• Lead teams in scheduling, process improvement, safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safe work practices and comply with GMP and BD safety policies.
• Provide coverage for colleagues when absent.
