Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2 years mechanical technical experience required.
• 5+ years of progressively complex maintenance experience, with peer leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support informal leadership in the maintenance area to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Provide on-call leadership and escalation management.
• Oversee defect tag management with timely resolution and documentation.
• Attend daily meetings and communicate relevant updates.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Coach and mentor maintenance technicians to develop skills and readiness.
• Ensure coverage when team members are absent to maintain operations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for scheduling, process safety, and continuous improvement.
