Job summary

MAXX Properties seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, respond to resident service requests, and assist with on-call emergencies while supporting maintenance supervision on special projects.

We value energetic, responsible team players who are organized and reliable; EPA Type II/Universal certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (bulbs, HVAC, caulking, repairs, filters).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special projects.
• Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
• Perform on-call emergency service as required
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
