MAXX Properties is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Tampa, FL to support Deerpath on the Lake apartments. The role includes preparing units, handling resident requests, and on-call maintenance alongside a supervisor, with opportunities to grow skills in building and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is preferred.
• Energetic, responsible and organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulbs, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects.
• Assist with keeping grounds and common areas clean.

Salary Range: $27.00 To $29.00 Hourly
