Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements, regulatory expectations, and quality systems.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate technical information cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations on the production floor for filling processes.
• Serve as technical resource; resolve complex production issues and ensure batch execution and documentation accuracy.
• Provide support to production and mechanical technicians; supervise daily activities and adherence to SOPs.
• Train team members and participate in lean/CI activities and 5S.
• Manage inventory control and reconciliation using SAP.
