• Strong cGMP/regulatory knowledge; audits/ CAPAs.
• Proficient in English for technical communication.
• Detail-oriented with documentation accuracy.
• Ability to train others on equipment/process.
• Able to manage priorities under pressure and meet production goals.
• Experience supporting audits/regulatory inspections.
• Team player in fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Lead process execution on the production floor.
• Serve as technical resource; resolve complex issues.
• Provide support to production and mechanical technicians.
• Manage daily operational decisions and team guidance.
• Perform and document batch records and SOPs.
• Operate equipment, start-up, cleaning, material handling.
• Maintain inventory and reconcile using SAP.
• Sanitize and assemble equipment as needed.
