Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company on a mission to change the future of medicine. The Manufacturing Technician III role supports filling operations on the production floor and requires working in controlled areas while adhering to cGMPs.

You will operate filling equipment, perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, batch record entries, and accessory quality checks, maintaining aseptic conditions and safety standards in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Willingness to learn new skills and equipment.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping to maintain cGMP environment.
• Start up and make minor adjustments to machinery.
• Enter batch records and GMP documentation accurately.
• Support lean activities and process improvements such as 5S and SMED.
• Assist with validations/engineering protocols for processes/equipment.
• Maintain inventory controls and use SAP/WES as needed.
