Job summary

MITER Brands in Sacramento, CA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech III with a strong mechanical and electrical background to keep our manufacturing line running smoothly.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production machinery, with hands-on work on PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and hydraulics. Compensation includes an hourly rate with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school preferred.
• Demonstrable experience may be accepted in lieu of credentials.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery in support of the overall production process.
• Support plant and service equipment and ancillary duties.
• Work hands-on with distributed automated controls and PLCs, electrical sensors, drives, motors, and hydraulics.
• Repair pumps, valves and cylinders, pneumatic and vacuum systems.
• Maintain equipment logs and plan work time to meet plant needs.
• Modify existing equipment for new uses.
