Job summary

MITER Brands in Sacramento, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance tech with a strong mechanical and electrical background to join our manufacturing plant team. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and complete work orders under the guidance of senior mechanics.

The role offers an hourly wage based on experience, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6am to 3:30pm, plus overtime and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing plant
• Ability to train other technicians of lower skill level
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity
• Familiar with schematics and blueprints
• Experience with maintenance documentation and safety policies

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in assigned area
• Complete work orders accurately and document completion
• Maintain accurate parts inventories and documentation (Proteus entries)
• Collaborate with supervisor and other maintenance staff
• Coordinate with outside contractors for projects and improvements
