Job summary

Milgard Manufacturing LLC in Sacramento seeks a skilled Maintenance Tech III to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery in a fast-paced plant environment. You will work hands-on with distributed automated controls, PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and hydraulics while planning workload to meet production needs.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of maintenance experience and a college/technical certification is preferred, with demonstrated experience acceptable in lieu of

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ maintenance experience required.
• Certification from college or technical school preferred; demonstrated experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery to support the overall production process.
• Support plant and service equipment as needed.
• Work hands-on with distributed automated controls, PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and hydraulics.
• Repair pumps, valves, cylinders, and pneumatic/vacuum systems.
• Maintain equipment logs and plan work time to meet plant needs.
• Modify existing equipment for new uses.
