Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in Northlake, TX. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and recording job data.

Must meet safety standards, be able to operate a walkie rider, floor scrubber, and forklift, and collaborate with a team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in electrical/mechanical fields,

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical systems.
• General understanding of distribution center layout and equipment.
• Able to work safely with high accuracy and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule and record time/materials.
• Operate walkie rider and floor scrubber; forklift certified.
• Complete 5S and keep work areas organized.
• Support safety and facility improvement projects.
