Job summary

Air Distribution Limited in Lexington, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift to maintain sheet metal fabrication equipment and support production efficiency on-site. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities in our CMMS.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, hands-on skills with tools and diagnostic equipment, and a solid understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment (press brakes, shears, CNC machines, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities in the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with equipment installations and improvement projects as needed.
