Job summary

Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) in Kentucky. You will oversee maintenance of complex manufacturing systems, troubleshoot issues, mentor technicians, and drive downtime reduction and asset reliability.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, PLC/electrical diagnostics, and collaboration with production and engineering to optimize performance and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues in production equipment.
• Read blueprints, manuals, schematics and diagrams; interpret technical docs.
