Job summary

University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, inspections, and preventive maintenance with limited supervision at our Denton, TX facility.

The role requires 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to serve as Safety Officer. On-call duties may be required; the lead supports daily work orders and safety rounds to keep the facility in top condition.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
• Licensure: Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintenance of the property.
• Documentation (work orders, rounds reports, PMs).
• Cleaning and review of outside environment of facility.
• Life safety, fire extinguishers, and inspections documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required.
