Job summary

Revised personnel in Denton, TX is seeking a Maintenance Lead to supervise hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances in our apartment community. Must be HVAC certified and have a valid driver’s license.

The role includes leading a small team and coordinating on-call responses to keep residents satisfied. You will inspect properties, schedule repairs, manage unit turns, and maintain service records while coordinating with vendors to ensure safety and quality

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general systems is expected.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and resident service mindset is essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building systems
• Lead, train, and coordinate a maintenance technician team to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Manage unit turns - preparing vacant units for move-in, including painting, cleaning coordination, and punch list completion
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a rotating on-call schedule
• Communicate professionally with residents regarding service requests and timelines
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and equipment service history
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
