Job summary

University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, inspections, and preventive maintenance at our private psychiatric hospital serving North Texas. The position requires minimal supervision and the ability to work on-call to keep the facility safe and functional.

You will check work orders in WORXHUB, document rounds and PMs, and serve as safety officer for the site in the Director's absence.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintenance of the property.
• Documentation (work orders, rounding reports, PMs, etc.).
• Cleaning and review of exterior environment of facility.
• Life safety inspections and fire extinguishers documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
