Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Edgewater, NJ to maintain and repair apartment homes across our properties. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and ensure units are rent-ready.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and on-call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including housing discounts where available and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including knowledge of HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures and safety policies.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and miscellaneous systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Complete work orders accurately and within safety standards.
• Mentor and oversee junior maintenance staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain safety culture and proper handling of tools and materials.
