Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Edgewater, New Jersey, to uphold safety and comfort across our properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major systems, while guiding technicians and ensuring timely work orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC certification (CFC) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Familiarity with safety policies and PPE.
• Knowledge of SDS and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Organize and complete work orders promptly.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance daily.
• Maintain safety culture and handle hot works per standards.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for maintenance needs.
