Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including knowledge surrounding HVAC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repair work.
• A valid driver's license and ability to accommodate an on-call schedule.
• Ability to communicate with team members and residents to provide customer service.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures including safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready and performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety culture and follows Vivmark safety policies.
