Job summary

Goldmark Property Management Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician 2 for Lexington Lofts in Minneapolis. The role focuses on timely repairs, resident satisfaction, and safe maintenance of properties.

Starting pay is $23 per hour with potential incentives, plus tools provided and a company vehicle allowance. Responsibilities include completing service requests across hvac, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general upkeep, preparing apartments, and continual training to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties, including heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring and HVAC.
• Prepare open apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours.
• Participate in ongoing training to build and maintain knowledge and skills.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents by addressing requests and concerns.
• Complete and document daily building inspections with focus on proactive maintenance.
• Ensure attractive internal and external appearance of buildings and grounds; report maintenance needs.
