Qualifications

• Be an experienced Maintenance Technician with mentoring and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team without direct authority.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians within sector; provide on‑the‑job training support.
• Coordinate daily work order load and review completed work.
• Travel to properties within the sector to train and support staff.
• Oversee vendor management and safety/quality control measures.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to requests.
