Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Woodbury, MN to oversee daily maintenance operations, address work orders, and lead the maintenance team to ensure high standards for building systems, grounds, and resident amenities.

The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule, plus on-call rotation. Requires 4+ years in maintenance and 1+ year supervisory experience; EPA license preferred. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience for two or more employees.
• 1+ year of inventory control, ordering, and procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal License required.
• CPO certification preferred or ability to obtain, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-ready activities and boards.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members.
• Communicate with residents and Property Management to minimize disruption.
• Maintain safety procedures and OSHA compliance with proper handling of materials.
