Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 for Rosedale Estates in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on timely repairs, resident service, and safe, quality workmanship across multiple trade areas.

Starting pay is $23 per hour, with potential to earn up to $5.21 more per hour through incentives. Tools provided; rental discounts up to 20% for residents. PTO and holidays, and earning opportunities are highlighted in this supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for repairs and upkeep of properties (heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, HVAC).
• Prepare open apartments for rental within 24–72 hours.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge and skills.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to requests, questions, and concerns.
• Complete and document daily building inspections with proactive maintenance as focus.
• Ensure attractive appearance of buildings and grounds and report needs.
