ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC in Missouri seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, manage service calls, and lead a team to maintain aesthetic appeal and safety. You will report to the Property Manager and coordinate preventive maintenance, vendor selection, and move-out inspections.

The role requires EPA certification preferred, valid driver's license, and willingness to work on-call hours and weekends.

Formación

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, obtained within 90 days.
• Experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt and efficient maintenance service to residents.
• Schedule apartment turns and coordinate vendor work.
• Maintain common areas, pool/ Jacuzzi, and safety standards.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Inspect and approve work by contractors and manage records.
• Assist in maintenance budgeting and on-call coverage.
