Job summary

RYSE Management in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations for a residential community. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance, and partner with property leadership to ensure high standards of safety and service.

This role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance, plus hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to complete service requests, work orders, and unit turns.
• Perform and assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs and general maintenance.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Conduct daily inspections and manage vendor/contractor coordination.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support budgeting and cost control.
