Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our properties in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes prompt, professional service to support resident retention and property aesthetics, with direct reporting to the Property Manager.

The position involves supervising repairs, coordinating preventive maintenance, and training staff, while ensuring safety, compliance, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance of the property and lead maintenance staff.
• Coordinate and perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Schedule apartment turns and ensure timely readiness of units (3–5 business days).
• Maintain common areas, pools/ jacuzzis, and shop areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Inspect and approve outside contractor work and track insurance requirements.
