Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Maintenance Lead/Supervisor for Wyndhaven in Hillsboro, OR. The role focuses on leading maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safety and compliance across the property to sustain curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of multifamily property maintenance experience, basic trades knowledge, and the ability to manage urgent and routine tasks while staying within budget and Guardian policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 15 feet.
• Fluent in English, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies on a rotating basis.

Responsabilités

• Manage schedules and workloads of maintenance staff and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure property maintenance complies with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies.
• Prioritize and process work orders, urgent and routine, to uphold curb appeal and property quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff to deliver timely, high‑quality service.
• Maintain records of space conditions, time worked, and inspections.
• Respond to service requests and complete Work Orders and turnovers promptly.
