Job summary

SyRES PROPERTIES is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician in Beaverton, OR to handle general maintenance including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry for apartment units. The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience and includes on-call responsibilities to ensure resident comfort.

Candidates should be able to use a range of tools, communicate well with residents and vendors, and participate in an on-call rotation. A full benefits package is provided with a competitive wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• EPA Section 608 Certified HVAC Technician and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and the ability to minimize resident disruption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for residents, team members, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Use hand and power tools safely to address maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with residents and vendors.
• Be flexible with schedule and participate in on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
