11Residential in Seattle, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance at the 19th & Mercer and Oslo communities. You will supervise and schedule tasks, coordinate make-readies, and ensure safety and quality standards across the site.

The role requires 3+ years of multifamily maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills for plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, and proficiency with maintenance software. This is an on-site role with potential for training and budget input.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electronic, HVAC, pool/spa equipment.
• Familiar with property maintenance software (HappyCo).
• Able to communicate with management, teammates and residents.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the community.
• Coordinate service requests and make-readies for vacant units.
• Inspect exteriors, parking, and common areas for maintenance needs.
• Oversee landscaping, grounds, and exterior features for curb appeal.
• Inspect equipment and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Provide on-site training and safety audits.
• Manage supplies and the maintenance budget.
• Respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
