CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi‑family portfolio. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate work with the Property Manager, and ensure preventive, corrective, and emergency tasks are completed on schedule.

The role requires supervisory experience, a property maintenance background, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site responsibilities include safety compliance, cost control, and resident service standards at our Portland

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience required.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Coordinate activities between management and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and proper use of PPE.
• Maintain inventory control and document preventive maintenance tasks.
