Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Property Manager on staffing.
• Prepare market-ready apartments within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Conduct move-in/out inspections and maintain detailed records.
