CloudTen Residential is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all phases of property maintenance at the Reserve at Fernhill in Forest Grove, OR. The role includes directing preventative and corrective maintenance, coordinating turnover readiness, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments after turnover.
• Maintains inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies and enforces safety PPE usage.
• Ensures maintenance requests are handled promptly, typically within 24 hours.
• Coordinates with Site Management and manages maintenance staff for safety and quality of service.
• Performs appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool, and carpentry tasks as needed.
