Job summary

MAA Peachtree Hills is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and ensure apartment homes and community facilities are in good working order. The role involves coordinating repairs, responding to service requests promptly, and ensuring market-ready units to meet leasing demand.

You will assist with hiring, training, and developing assigned maintenance staff, including skilled trades as needed, with HVAC expertise and EPA licenses preferred for Florida locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal license required.
• CAMT license required for Florida locations at hire or before license opportunity.
• Driver's license from resident state required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to service requests.
• Maintain adequate supply of market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand.
• Maintain property appearance to standard levels.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff.
