Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at its multi-family communities in Georgia. You will manage interior and exterior maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and ensure safety and quality in repairs and preventive upkeep.

This full-time role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge, a valid driver's license, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications required.
• Valid Driver's License may be required based on property needs.
• Experience in maintenance in multi-family housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas and grounds.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain safety and compliance with housing laws and regulations.
