Job summary

LINK, a leader in multi-family apartment property management, is seeking a Service Manager to lead a maintenance team at Southpointe Apartments. You’ll handle a wide range of repairs and make-readies to keep residents satisfied and move-in ready.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate vendors, manage a maintenance budget, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Strong carpentry, painting, HVAC, electrical skills, and a valid driver’s license are required; HVAC cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance/repair for multi-family or commercial property.
• At least 1 year of supervising a maintenance team.
• Skills in carpentry, painting, plastering, HVAC, and minor electrical tasks.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant service requests and the make-ready completion process.
• Maintain exterior aesthetics to meet high standards.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians.
• Coordinate vendor and sub-contractor projects within the community.
• Build and manage a community maintenance budget.
• Ensure maintenance meets company quality standards and safety regulations.
• Plan and conduct team meetings and training as needed.
