KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Lakewood, NJ manufacturing site. This role leads a full maintenance team on a 24/7 basis in the packaging area, driving safety, uptime, and continuous improvement on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance supervision in manufacturing, with FDA-regulated experience, PLC knowledge, and a strong Lean mindset to support modernization and uptime goals.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, consumer products, food or beverage manufacturing experience.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead a 24/7 maintenance team in a packaging department.
• Promote safety culture and enforce plant safety policies.
• Coordinate maintenance resources and schedules for packaging lines.
• Drive preventive maintenance and Lean initiatives (5S/TPS).
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff on the floor.
