Job summary

Blue Water is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain property and equipment across operations. You will assign duties, inspect work, investigate complaints regarding maintenance and equipment, and take corrective action to ensure guest-ready facilities.

The role requires knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems, plus strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required.
2+ years of maintenance experience.
Must be a reliable worker who can perform routine tasks without supervision.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Customer service and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, and common areas.
Performs electrical, heating, and plumbing repairs, including basic electrical work and HVAC knowledge.
Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to standards.
Investigate complaints about maintenance services and take corrective action.
Conducts orientation and in-service training to explain policies and procedures.
Performs maintenance duties in emergencies or staff shortages.
Examines property to determine repairs and makes recommendations to management.
Issues supplies and equipment to workers and ensures guest-ready property.
Provides regular and reliable attendance; a valid driver's license may be required.
