Job summary

Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and transportation across multiple properties. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety, ensuring code compliance and timely repairs to guest services.

Manage staffing, training, and performance, while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment. Expect seasonal duties like snow removal and grounds upkeep, with strong community representation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Maintenance and HVAC experience.
• Valid Class E (or higher) driver’s license.
• Boiler, pool, CPR, and refrigeration certifications preferred.
• Read and write numbers and basic English.
• Computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily workload for maintenance & transportation staff.
• Perform preventive facility and vehicle maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, coolers, ice machines, etc.).
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and supervise tasks.
• Maintain a safe facility by inspecting grounds and equipment.
• Ensure annual inspections for boiler, elevator, pool, fire alarms, extinguishers, OSHA, health codes; report to GM.
• Hire, train, and manage maintenance & transportation staff; conduct evaluations.
• Participate in hotel department meetings and lead by example.
• Lead seasonal work such as ice and snow removal and site upkeep; assist irrigation work.
