Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising maintenance personnel is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using blueprints and manuals.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility and production assets.
• Manage and assign maintenance tasks and scheduling.
• Oversee safety and environmental compliance in maintenance.
• Operate and monitor CMMS for maintenance records.
