Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Stonepoint at University Place in Tacoma, WA. This full-time role manages day-to-day maintenance, coordinates repairs, and leads maintenance staff and contractors to keep apartments, common areas, and grounds in top condition.

You will oversee turn-key operations, scheduling, preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance. Required: EPA/HVAC certification, 3+ years in maintenance or supervisor roles, and on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or maintenance supervisor roles.
• EPA/HVAC certified.
• On-call availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Inspect property regularly and manage turn-key operations.
• Schedule workloads for maintenance staff and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Monitor service requests and perform preventive maintenance.
