The role ensures apartments, common areas, and grounds are well-maintained and coordinates turn-key work with internal staff and external contractors.

Essential duties include inspections, inventory management, scheduling, and collaboration with the Business Manager to prepare move-in ready units, while following safety policies and applicable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance or supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required.
• On-call availability and full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and achieve property goals.
• Inspect property and coordinate repairs with team and contractors.
• Schedule workloads and manage inventory of tools and supplies.
