Job summary

Olympus Property in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Future Growth) to oversee day-to-day maintenance across the community, manage turn-key operations, and lead repair work with in-house staff and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in residential/commercial maintenance or a maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call readiness and full-time availability (Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM, hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community.
• Manage turn-key operations and scheduling for maintenance staff and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs with third-party suppliers and in-house teams.
• Monitor and track service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure shop areas are organized, stocked and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory, and regular property inspections.
