Lifestyle Property Management seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and maintenance operations at one of our luxury apartment communities. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, prioritize work orders, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with vendors, respond to emergencies, and contribute to the resident experience by delivering reliable, high-quality service while maintaining curb appeal and property value.

Qualificações

• HVAC Certification required, EPA 608, OSHA 10 certification.
• 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience required.
• Experience managing a maintenance team within an urban multi-family property.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees maintenance technician(s) and groundskeeper(s) and prioritizes work orders.
• Manages inventory and supplies; handles emergency service calls.
• Develops team members in maintenance skills including appliance repair, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Builds vendor relationships and supports capital projects at the asset.
• Supports hosting resident events and collaborates with the team to maintain customer satisfaction.
