Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure upkeep of the property. The role involves scheduling daily tasks, preparing units for occupancy, and coordinating among service, housekeeping, and grounds staff.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, be self-motivated with strong attention to detail, and possess supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge is required.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending personnel for service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds roles.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds staff as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
