Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong knowledge of building systems.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan use of staff, equipment, and facilities on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Direct and assign tasks; ensure deadlines and quality control.
• Provide performance feedback and formal/informal appraisals; address issues.
