Job summary

Island Palm Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II in Hawaii to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at Schofield Barracks. This full-time role will coordinate technicians, subcontractors and coordinators to ensure timely service and COM work while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, with relevant carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or appliance certification preferred.
• 3-5 years previous work-related experience; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of maintenance team members and coordination with technicians, subcontractors, and coordinators to meet service and COM requirements.
• May cover duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM coordinators and other Field Supervisors as needed.
• Perform Quality Control checks for service requests and COM processes to ensure time and quality standards.
• Coordinate Service Orders or COM work, including investigating resident issues and scheduling subcontractor work.
