Job summary

Qualifications

• Hawaii driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are necessary

• Maintenance or related experience
• Basic phone and computer skills are essential for scheduling and reporting
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Physical ability to perform manual labor up to 50 lbs and use ladders/painting/tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the designated location
• Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and management
• Lead and supervise custodial staff
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and walkways
• Restock supplies and manage waste disposal
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and operate tools (leaf blower)
