Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment as needed with minimal downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure proper use and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials and complete required reporting.
• Secure the building by monitoring, activating and resetting security systems and maintaining keys.
